Standard Clean & Refresh

Pierson’s Clean & Refresh program ensures that your school’s technology fleet is fully functional, sanitized, and “student-ready” for the next academic year. Our detailed summer maintenance process not only extends the life of your devices but also reduces the burden on your IT team during busy deployment seasons.

  • Organized pickup of devices from multiple school sites, with re-delivery to original locations after service completion.

  • Pierson supplies all necessary protective materials to securely transport and store devices during the maintenance process.

  • Serial numbers and asset tags of every device are scanned, logged, and tracked from pickup to re-delivery.

  • Comprehensive device assessments with reporting on physical damage such as cracks, missing keys, broken ports, or case damage.

  • Inspection and/or replacement of missing or damaged asset tags and serial numbers for consistent inventory tracking.

  • Device-safe sanitization of the top, bottom, screen, and keyboard to remove dust, dirt, smudges, and everyday handling residue.

  • Specialized cleaning for devices with embedded debris, pest contamination, sticker residue, or damaged ports.

  • Removal of all locally stored settings, profiles, and user data, ensuring the device is wiped and ready for reassignment.

  • Devices are updated to the latest stable OS version (or district-specified version) to ensure smooth deployment.

  • Devices are repackaged using eco-friendly methods with box and skid tracking for organized re-delivery.

  • Detailed records of each device’s serial number, asset tag, and repackaged location by box and skid are provided.

Ensuring original site inventories are maintained, minimizing reconfiguration or OU moves after delivery.
